This list is post the formation of the ATP in 1973, and the start of the official rankings system. Both Rosewall and Laver were actually Top 10 from ’73 thru ’75, as they approached 40 yrs old. I have estimated their Top 3 #’s, but have chosen not to estimate all the other pre ’73 greats.
